ABOUT ABOUT

Join Sea Smart and Knowledge Carrier Lorelei Lyons for a Rattle Making Workshop! Lorelei will guide us in making our own deer rattles, which signify independence and celebrate the 3 kingdoms of animals, minerals and plants. Participants will learn about songs that are traditionally sung with rattles, and together we will learn the Algonquin Women’s Water song. This song reminds us of the importance of water and the need for us to protect it.

Pricing: $40 per person

Sea Smart offers a sliding scale for ticket options, allowing participants to contribute according to their means. This approach ensures that those who can afford it can support accessible education in marine conservation and sustainability.
